Great service. I purchased a inexpensive laptop 3 days ago and got it home and loaded it up with all my credentials and realized that it was too slow. I took it back to this Best Buy and was told by the front door guard that it would take 2 to 3 days to have the computer wiped so I could upgrade to a nicer computer. He also said they wouldn't give me full credit. I took it to Geek Squad where Tommy and Jesse said no problems it'll take about an hour to do so I waited and they completed it. Then went to the cashier and returned it. Lexie was fantastic to work with and I asked her who I need to deal with in computers. She said William is her mentor. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours with a fantastic computer which William helped me choose. This Best Buy team is fantastic to work with👍🇺🇲👍
